## Ordering & Shipping

### How long will my order take to arrive?
**In-Stock Items:** Ship within 1-2 business days via USPS or UPS. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and backlog of USPS and UPS.

**Dropship Items:** Ship directly from our trusted partners within 5-15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

### How do I know if my item is in-stock or dropship?
Check the product description for shipping details. If you're ordering for a specific event, contact us to confirm availability and delivery timeframes.

### Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

### Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

### My wedding is in 8 weeks. Can I get a dress in time?
Most of our bridal gowns are ready-to-ship and can arrive within 1-2 weeks. However, we recommend ordering at least 6-8 weeks before your event to allow time for any alterations. Contact us with your wedding date for personalized guidance.

## Returns & Exchanges

### What is your return policy?
We accept returns within **14 days** of delivery for items in unworn, unaltered condition with original tags attached. Items must be in pristine, resalable condition.

**Important:** A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns (excluding defective or incorrect items). This fee covers processing, inspection, and relisting costs.

### How do I initiate a return?
1. Log into your account and select the order
2. Click "Return Items" and select the reason
3. Print your prepaid return label (if applicable)
4. Ship the item back within 5 business days

### Who pays for return shipping?
- **Changed your mind:** Customer pays return shipping ($6.95) + 15% restocking fee (both deducted from refund)
- **Item defect or error:** We cover return shipping and NO restocking fee applies

**Example:** $100 dress returned = $100 - $15 restocking fee - $6.95 return shipping = $78.05 refund

### Are wedding dresses returnable?
Yes, as long as they're unworn, unaltered, and returned within 14 days with tags attached. Items must be in pristine, resalable condition. Standard 15% restocking fee applies unless the item is defective.

### Can I exchange for a different size?
**We do not offer size exchanges due to limited inventory.** This is why we provide detailed size guides for every brand. If an item doesn't fit, you may return it for a refund (subject to return policy).

### Do your sizes run true to size?
Sizing varies significantly by designer. **Always check the specific size chart for the brand you're purchasing** - this is critical since exchanges are not available.

### What if the dress doesn't fit?
You may return the item for a refund within 14 days if it's unworn and in pristine condition. A 15% restocking fee will apply. **We do not offer size exchanges**, which is why accurate measurements using our size guides are essential before ordering.

We recommend ordering bridesmaid dresses **at least 8-12 weeks** before your wedding to allow for shipping and any necessary alterations.

### Can I see the dress in person before buying?

### Do you offer rush shipping?
